Property taxes, along with property and casualty insurance, represent the most significant portion of a property’s annual operating expenses. Therefore, establishing a vigilant approach to monitoring, forecasting, and appealing county property tax assessments is imperative.

I hold the CAE designation, the highest conferred by IAAO—it is awarded to professionals in the property assessment and taxation field who demonstrate advanced knowledge and competence in property appraisal, assessment administration, and valuation techniques. I am also a Junior Instructor for IAAO, teaching various courses in real estate appraisal. My educational and teaching background combined with my past experience handling appeals for the Pulaski County Assessor’s Office makes me uniquely qualified to manage your property appeals.
