Business valuation is the process of determining the value (or range of value) of an entire business, or a specific business unit, often tailored to meet diverse needs. This process involves analyzing financial statements, assessing market conditions, and applying valuation methodologies to arrive at a value conclusion. My engagements are conducted in compliance with AICPA’s VS Section 100, ensuring that the valuations are performed with rigor, objectivity, and adherence to professional guidelines. Where applicable, valuations can be in accord with USPAP’s Standards 9 & 10 and with IRS Revenue Ruling 59-60 guidance.

I am an ABV designee, awarded by the AICPA to CPAs and qualified professionals who demonstrate expertise in business valuation, and I am a CFA charterholder, a globally recognized designation offered by the CFA Institute to investment and finance professionals—considered the gold standard in the fields of investment management, financial analysis, and ethical industry practices.

I hold the Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA) designation and am a member of the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors (AM&AA), a global network of professionals specializing in middle market advisory.
